Delete Your MYWELLBOT Account

You can delete your MYWELLBOT account directly in the app. Use this page as the official account deletion guide for www.mywellbot.com/delete-account.

Steps to delete your account

  1. 1Open the MYWELLBOT app and go to the homepage.
  2. 2Tap Settings in the lower-right corner of the homepage.
  3. 3Tap Account Management.
  4. 4Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

您可以在 MYWELLBOT App 内自行删除账户：

  1. 打开 MYWELLBOT App，并进入主页。

What happens after deletion

After you confirm account deletion, your account and associated personal data will be removed, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational obligations.
